Organisational Structure
The 28 year old firm is essentially structured into four key verticals:

~Open and closed die forgings.
~Rolled rounds,squares,flats,hex of probably all available sizes.
~Steel plates of all grades.

Management
At work is a judicious and well-thought out mix of conventional business wisdom of Mr.Balkishan Agarwal and the latest management practices as brought to the table by Mr.Vinay Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant by academic qualification. They are assisted by a dedicated team of employees for effective discharge of the finance, logistics, warehousing and statutory compliance functions.
Business Model
We manufacture forged rounds,pinions and lots more as per customers requirement,in all grades and sizes.We can make a single piece forging of upto 4 metric tonnes in fully ultrasonic condition.We even maintain a running stock of probably all rolled materials (in all grades) and plates in bulk.We excel in offering a timely delivery model based on order forecasts and schedules of our customers/ business partners.
The raw material is out sourced from both leading manufacturers in India as well as overseas territories such as China, Germany and the Middle-East.
The steel is supplied along with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) from leading manufacturers in India, thus providing quality assurance of the highest order.

Although we deliver on an ex-godown basis, we have established a range of despatch services to ensure that the product reaches you in the most efficient way possible to meet the needs of the most urgent or exacting situation. Due to the experience gained through our own stock and service inventory management, we have also been able to offer similar services to customers to assist their scheduling and supply side requirements.
Additional processing to meet specific requirements:
Our Steel Service Solutions Division can offer on all round orders a “Cut to Length (CTL)” option for customers who require multiple sets of materials, or multiple pieces at a specific length. Similarly we have arrangement with leading job-workers to effect specified finishing to the raw material.We even prove machine the rounds and pinions to faciliate ultra sonography.
